Shipping Location

Satgur Designer currently ships within the United Kingdom only. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days will begin processing according to our standard fulfilment schedule.

Orders placed:

• On public holidays

Will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing Time

After payment has been successfully received and your order has been verified, the standard processing time is:

Shipping Charges

Satgur Designer charges a standard flat-rate shipping fee of £14.99 GBP per order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers can review the total order cost, including shipping fees, before placing their order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details when available.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
